Caring for Your Portrait: To maintain the quality of your colored pencil portrait, hang it in a place that doesn't receive direct sunlight, as this can cause colors to fade over time. Keep the artwork in a dry, cool environment, and avoid touching the surface to prevent smudging. With proper care, your pet portrait will be cherished for years to come.

Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure your place in our queue, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be retained on all orders. This ensures we can dedicate the necessary time and resources to your unique portrait.

Refunds Before Artwork Commencement: You may request a refund of 75% if you decide to cancel your order before the artwork process begins.

No Refunds After 1/3 Completion: Once the artwork is more than 1/3 complete, we cannot offer refunds. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to communicate throughout the process to ensure you’re thrilled with the final piece!
